Feature 1: Speeds up material registration and reduces operator errors.
Barcodes on incoming material are scanned and all important data such as part number, quantity, lot code, etc. Se localiza y transfiere al registro del ítem en la base de datos. Rules to handle non-standard barcodes are easy to create as needed.Operator errors are eliminated because all barcodes are identified and scanned in a single image, resulting in faster, moreaccurate labeling of reels. Optionally, a connection to ERP can compare the items received to packing lists or POs to furtherenhance the benefits by combining receiving and labeling into one step.
Feature 2: Connection to ERP/MES to share new reel data.
The connection with other systems (ERP, MES, Pick and Place, etc) is possible thanks to the API interface that allows anysoftware to communicate and receive information from the Incoming Material Station Automatic file sharing with othersoftware is also possible.
Feature 3: Automated receiving and barcode labeling.
The camera and software are able to recognize, parse and store any 1D/2D code on the top of the reels. The software isset with standard rules* used by most components suppliers to label their products (Available Field: Part number, Unique ID,Case format, Quantity, Bin, Date code, MSL, Manufacture PN, Lot number, Expiring date, Supplier, Order ref., Notes field,custom field).
Any out-of-standard label can be easily read by setting customized rules as long as the codes contain a recognizable indicator(for example: Q2000, “Q” standing for quantity).

Internal PNs/Qualified Parts Checking Module.
With this option it is possible to load the list of approved part numbersso that if the software detects a part number that is not in the list, thesystem can warn the operator and prevent the initialization of thematerial until the new part number has been approved.
Connection to ERP/MES to share new reel data.
With this option it is possible to check-out automatically all the materiallisted in the delivery note or picking list, to make sure all material statedhas arrived, and to recognize any exceeding material.This option includes the installation of a second monitor were the deliverynote information are shown and the checking process is confirmed.
