Intelligent Storage:

The intelligent solder paste storage machine automates material input and output. It monitors each bottle’s status (storage time, shelf life, brand, type). Through scheduling, it retrieves material from cold storage, heats and mixes it, and displays the status on the interface. It also alerts operators when material is near expiration or expired date.

The machine can comply with the storage of common brand welding paste ( 500 g / bottle ).
The machine has automatic heating module, automatic mixing module, automatic storage module, automatic input and output storage module, barcode identification module.
The machine can automatically control the temperature in the range of 0 to 10 degrees, the temperature can be configured and the precision can reach ± 1 degree.
