The THIM3-OF3S is an advanced odd component insertion machine designed for high-speed, high-precision operations. It integrates up to four heads for versatile component insertion (gripper or suction cups).
The machine can handle component feeding through various configurations of feeders (radial, axial, tray, tube and bowl feeder).
Equipped with a top vision system for auto-correction and flexible insertion (including palletized PCBs).
In addition, lower vision systems for pre-insertion pin checking ensure accurate placement.
The THIM3-OF3S is compatible with MES systems, making it ideal for large-scale automated production environments.
