In-line machine for automatic insertion of axial components and bridge wire. It can be configured from 15 to 100 stations.  

Equipped with a vision system that allows the alignment and insertion of up to 22,000 components per hour at different angles (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°) and with a clinching unit adjustable in length and angle make it an ideal machine for an automatic process with SMEMA protocol.
