The THIM3-TM is an automatic machine designed for taping radial components with high efficiency, capable of processing between 180 to 230 components per minute. The machine features stable operation and mechanical adjustability maintaining the component’s polarity. It employs a vibration-based bowl feeder for bulk components and a precision mechanism that controls the movement through each station, including preforming, electrical testing, and temperature-controlled taping. Equipped with a PLC controller, the THIM3-TM offers repeatability of 0.01mm and is ideal for large-scale production, ensuring component integrity and precision packaging.
